Young people between the ages of 16 and 21 who wish to apply must have completed full-time compulsory education. Additionally, the applicant should possess basic literacy, numeracy, and personal skills.

Through the Level 3 Qualification: Connect: Skills and Competences for the Workplace (3 years), the participant will be able to develop communication, judgemental, and learning skills. This programme will help them become more autonomous and responsible, enabling them to gain the knowledge, skills, and competences necessary to become more independent. Additionally, it will prepare them to enter the labour market or to pursue further education and training qualifications.
